Q: I need something urgently, do you offer an express service?
A: We pride ourselves on our service - So if you need something urguntly don't be afraid to phone/email or make a clear notation on your order what your needs are. When placing your order, please select the fast shipping, this will give your order priority over other orders, which means it will be dealt with as soon as it is received and will go into the post within 24 hours.

Q: Is it secure to enter my Credit Card Details?
A: Our Credit Card Service is provided by AIB bank so is as safe as making a card purchase in a high street store. Once your order is processed your information is automatically deleted from our server. However, we understand that some customers would prefer not to enter their details online, therefore we are happy to take your orders over the phone or by email and we welcome payments by cheque, postal orders or in some cases COD. Please telephone or email us your inquiry, we are always happy to accommodate your needs

Q: How Long does it take for me to receive my order?
A: Usually only 3-5 days. Your order is processed and embroidered within 1-2 business days, if you are located in the South Dublin area we deliver by courier, outside of this area, we use An Post or Fastway. Some variance in the delivery time will depend on the day of week in which you order your item, it is always advisable to order on a Monday or Tuesday to ensure delivery by the end of that week. Occassionally orders are received on a Thursday/Friday and due to the volume of embroidery they may not be dealt with until Monday and therefore may not reach customers until the following Wednesday or Thursday. So please bear this in mind if you need something urgently, or by the weekend of the week in which you order.

Q: Do you embroider Polo shirts or Team/Promotional Wear?
A: Unfortunately, No. We have done work like this in the past but felt that we could not devote the time we need to meet our objective which is to continue to be Ireland's Premier Supplier of Personalised Gifts. There are companies that specialise in Promotional Wear and they would be the experts in this field. You can find a number of these companies in the Golden Pages or at www.goldenpages.ie

Q: Can I bring my own products to you to be personalised?
A: Unfortunately we do not offer an embroidery service on goods that we do not sell on our website. We prefer to concentrate on our main objective which is to be Ireland's Premier Provider of Personalised Gifts. There are embroidery companies who specialise in this field and they can be found in the Golden Pages or at www.goldenpages.ie.

Q: Can I add more to personalised products other than what is shown?
A: The first 15 Characters of embroidery or embossing are free, with the exception with some items where the birth dates or wedding dates are added for free. If, however you would like to add additional messages on your item please contact us. In most cases this can be done for very little cost, a few euro, but in some cases the size of the item restricts us from adding too much. Our sales team are always available to discuss any options available.

Q: Why should I join the mailing list?
A: By joining The Monogram Shop mailing list we will be able to keep you up to date with our latest special offers and make you aware when new products are available.

Q: Can I return goods?
A: Unfortunately due to the unique-ness of every item, once an item has been embroidered it cannot be returned, therefore you should be absolutely certain of the spelling of the information you supply to us.

Q: The personalised item I have received has an error on it, what should I do?
A: If an error has been made by us, please contact us immediately by telephone or email. First and foremost a replacement will be sent to you and you will be given instructions on how to return the incorrect item.

Q: I’ve placed my order and want to change something, what can I do?
A: If you have just placed an order and realise that you made a mistake or need to change something on the order, please contact us immediately by telephone. We will do our best to accommodate you; however because of our quick turn-around it is essential that you contact us immediately.
