Why no phone number?  Because of the nature of our business our machines are often very noisy and it is difficult for us to answer calls, in the past we have used an answering machine but we feel that our customers deserve a quick answer to their query and as our email account is monitored during office hours and out of hours we can assure you that email is the quickest way to contact us.
